How-To: Run Analytics Reports / Export Analytics Data / Email Reports

Analytics reports may run run at an account level or set your reporting context to a particular series/show or episode to setup reports for only that particular item. Theese reports contain the the same data as the reports available via the Export button, but a link to download the data is delivered asynchronously via email when they are ready for download. For large amounts of reporting data, the method described below is the preferred method of report generation as this method does not have the chance of timeouts like web-based synchronous (i.e. wait in the browser, which has timeouts) methods.

Run Reports (Run Now/Immediate)

• Run reports (i.e. run now/immediate)
  
  • You may run reports at an account level or navigate to a particular series/show or episode to setup reports for only that particular item.
  • To do this:
    • Click on the Reports sidebar navigation to schedule/run account level reports.
    • For series/show or episode level reports, navigate to the Settings for the item that you wish to schedule or run reports for (i.e. the particular series), click on the Actions menu drop-down and select Schedule/Run Reports.
    • If reports take a long time to run or time out, then select a shorter timeframe/duration such as running reports for one year at a time.

Schedule Recurring Reports

      • Click on the Reports sidebar navigation to schedule/run account level reports.
