How to embed the Backtracks player in Squarespace

Squarespace supports embedding the Backtracks Player in your Squarespace website for users that are on their Business Plan or greater.

Sign in to Squarespace

Sign in to Squarespace and navigate to the episode page or page that you want to place the player on. Edit the page content by clicking the Edit button on the page.

Add or edit an existing code block

In Squarespace, add a new code block or edit an existing code block.

Get your Backtracks embed code

Login to your Backtracks account and navigate to the series or episode that you want to embed in your Squarespace website.

Click Get Embed Code and click the option to copy that code to your clipboard.

Add your Backtracks embed code to Squarespace

Paste your Backtracks Player embed code in the Squarespace code block editor. Make special note that you will need to be on a Squarespace Business Plan or greater.

Save Changes In Squarespace

Save your changes in Squarespace and that's it!

Your player will render with any settings, color, width, etc. that you specified within your page or template.
